Return and refund policy

You have 14 days after receipt to request a return if the item is not suitable.

Conditions of acceptance:

• unused item

• item in its original packaging

• Photo of the product received (to confirm its condition)

Damaged items or order error:
If your product arrives broken or different, we will replace it free of charge or refund you.

Refund deadlines:
The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 7 days after validation.

Return shipping costs may still be borne by the customer depending on the reason.
