Return and refund policy

You have 14 days after receipt to request a return if the item is not suitable.

Conditions of acceptance:

item must be unused

item must be in its original packaging

photo of the product received (to validate its condition)

Damaged items or order errors:
If your product arrives broken or is incorrect, we will replace it free of charge or refund you.

Refund times:
Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 3 to 7 days of validation.

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer depending on the reason for the return.
